I wrote a Google blog post the other day. In this post, I wrote about my HR learning and development work. The work I am providing is unlike any other solutions of their kind elsewhere. What I have found through my research, and through my own personal experience, is that most learning and development solutions are delivered in a ‘classroom’ like fashion. Ato Consulting Dot com is an online consulting firm.

I aim to impart Self Directed Learning habits in my clients. I will write more about Self Directed Learning in future posts. I will include elements of Remote Influencing (RI) into my work too.
